My dog now looks at me expectantly at 4:00, knowing it's time to run. What she doesn't know is that Mom is too busy to run today, although she would really like to. 65-degree weather is God's way of saying "GO OUTSIDE NOW."
I purchased some Saucony shoes yesterday. First time I've tried this brand. I keep hearing they're good, but we shall see. I ran in them yesterday. So far, so good.
Also found out through a friend that there's a pub in Denver that sponsors a 5k every Thursday and provides a free pasta buffet for all the runners afterward. Evidently it's so big, they had to change from one to two start times, just to pace out the massive crowd. Really hard to run a narrow park trail with 300 of your closest friends... Way too fun. I love Denver.

Do you have to pay to run the race? Is it a charity thing? How cool! I want to do a 10K sometime soon but need to find the right one. Half-marathon is not happening for me this spring.
Oh, and I love how you called yourself MOM to Molly. Hee hee.
